BIT Coach Strength
This online course has been designed for Coaches to train their athletes using a Suspension Bodyweight Trainer. Training in this way will build strength, power and endurance in your athletes whilst they suffer less fatigue and helping them to prevent injury.

Weekly Training plans from beginners through to advanced

The course runs for 12 weeks and covers everything that you need to know to fully coach using a Suspension Bodyweight Trainer to your athletes.
The Suspension Bodyweight Trainer can be used with and by everyone from 9 to 90+ and all levels of fitness abilities.
